In a nod to Aman’s properties in Japan, the restaurant celebrates Washoku, the Unesco-celebrated ‘food of Japan'.
In each location, the menu reflects the destination through the use of locally sourced produce and signature cuisine, while still reflecting the principles of washoku - the culinary artistry of the traditional Japanese kitchen.
Taking its name from the Japanese word for 'raw', Nama showcases exquisitely crafted sushi and sashimi at the heart of a menu celebrating a style of cuisine that elevates cooking to an art form.
A comprehensive menu of sushi, nigiri sushi and sashimi will be available alongside signature dishes. Expect elegant dishes allowing the intricate flavours of each ingredient to take centre stage.
