Warrior by Hung Huynh

“Top Chef” winner Hung Huynh is dishing up an Asian-fusion menu in a stylish and eclectic backdrop.

Vietnamese-American Huynh has worked at Christian Delouvrier’s Lespinasse, Thomas Keller’s Per Se in New York, Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Las Vegas and more recently at trendy Manhattan restaurant Catch. This standalone venture takes over the space previously occupied by Pearl's Rooftop on Sunset Strip. Expect an Asian-influenced menu, which includes Wagyu potstickers, drunken noodles, tempura avocado and sea bass lettuce wraps. Expect a heavily-Asian influenced designed from 200-year-old doors imported from China, mood-lighting and hand-painted wallpaper. Check back for updates.
