A veg-centric restaurant from Michelin-starred, "99 percent vegetarian" chef John Fraser

California native Fraser - known for the Michelin starred vegetarian eatery Nix and brasserie The Loyal in New York - is dishing up vegetable-forward healthy cuisine, with flavors inspired by local ingredients. Fraser’s menu is half vegetarian and vegan featuring cooking techniques from around the world such as fish recipes from Japan, grilling traditions from Argentina and bread-making from the Middle East.

Dine on internationally inspired plates using seasonal and organic California ingredients, simply prepared. Ardor’s greenery-filled garden was built for al fresco dining. Inside, its rich wood echoing the timber screens and ceiling beams used in the other public spaces.
