Award-winning sommelier turned winemaker and restauranteur André Hueston Mack is behind this casual wine and charcuterie spot.

Maverick wine connoisseur and acclaimed vintner worked as a sommelier at Thomas Keller’s world-renowned The French Laundry in California and then as Head Sommelier at Keller’s equally famed Per Se in New York City, where he managed a 1800 selection award-winning wine list. As a budding restaurateur Mack has opened this neighborhood ham and wine bar as "a celebration of American food heritages'.

The exclusive all-American wine list highlights some of the most celebrated vintages from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s with over 300+ options. Substance is in the form of build-your-own charcuterie boards - featuring a selection of country hams, cured sausages, and pâtés, alongside an extensive domestic cheese selection.
