Rangoon NoodleLab started as a weekly pop-up in Brooklyn in 2015. The concept was to bring a fresh take on traditional Burmese noodle dishes. Since then it had evolved beyond noodles and Burmese cuisine to offer a diverse selection of dishes from multiple Asian cuisines. She’s now settling down with a permanent operation in Crown Heights where you can dine on Burmese specialties like mohinga, a lemongrass and fish noodle soup and spicy pork with rice noodles, black bean sauce, and pickled mustard.
