The kitchen is overseen by Rafa Zafra as Executive Chef - the former El Bulli Head Chef who also heads up the much talked-about restaurant Heart Ibiza, for the Adrià brothers. Jondal is scenically situated on the Cala Jondal on the laid-back beach surrounded by an unspoilt landscape of pines and cliffs - is more a refelection is his acclaimed restaurant Estimar Barcelona - regarded as one of Barcelona's most impressive seafood eateries.

Zafra - with chefs Ricardo Acquista (El Bulli Estimar Madrid) and Alberto Castiñeira (Mandarin Oriental Barcelona) - focuses on conveying his passion for the sea using the best produce, treated with the greatest respect and expertise. The menu simple - expressing their mtutal respect for the Mediterranean served in a charmingly rustic dining room and terraced tables under the Sabina trees. Open from 1pm to 7pm.
