Michelin Star Chef Nandu Jubany - one of Spain’s most celebrated chefs - has a restaurant empire spanning his acclaimed Catalonian restaurant Can Jubany and now encompasses the vibrant Mediterrean-inspired FOC restaurant in Singapore, Can Carlitos in Formentera and his interactive dining concept Pur in Barcelona. 

At Pecador, Jubany continues to display his unique reputation for creating a vibrant dining experience whilst combining Spanish tapas cuisine with progressive craft cocktails. The menu, which is designed to be shared "tapas style," features modern Spanish tapas - traditional Catalan and other regional dishes delivered with a contemporary twist - using modern cooking techniques to create original and exciting dishes. The playful, bobo-chic beachside restaurant - with indoor and outdoor seating - is suitably in the island's gastronomic centre of Santa Eulalia del Río.

Pecadora salad with sour apple, blue cheese, celery and sugared almonds; grilled zucchini and aubergine carpaccio with pine nuts and arugula; carpaccio of Formentera prawns; Formentera lobster with potatoes and fried egg; paella of Iberian pork, artichokes and cauliflower and roast chicken with spices a la cocotte and served with Ibiza potatoes.
