El Chiringuito offers a sophisticated Mediterranean menu on the beach of Es Cavallet. Opened by the lovely Olivia who has fine pedigree, her Parisien family own several restaurants back home and she has brought her expertise to Ibiza in a stylish beachside venue.

Guests enjoy great cocktails – like the Coconut and Chilli Mojito. And the menu offers more variety than most other beach venues, such as the King Crab Mille-Feuille and Summer Truffle and Porcini Risotto. The setting is classic Ibiza beach chic, think whitewashed wood and linen, white leather sofas and day beds to relax on in the sun after lunch.

U can also book a sunbed to enjoy the beach atmosphere whilst having lunch or a more traditional table in the restaurant with the resident DJ plays laid back Balearic tunes all afternoon.
