Drawing on his seven years of service in the pioneering Soho spot Pegu Club - which has produced a generation of great bartenders - Kenta Goto has brought his distinct and understated style to bear on a place of his own: Bar Goto, a Japanese-inspired cocktail bar and izakaya.
The cocktails have an Asian twist with ingredients like sake and miso, to match the menu of fusion Japanese small plates and comfort food by chef Kiyo Shinoki, formerly of Bohemian.
