Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio, this hotspot is nestled away in the countryside (towards the west of Ibiza). As you dine, learn about the history of the monastery from the well versed staff, and listen to ghost stories galore about the residents of the building for the past 350 years.
While specialities change regularly, expect dishes from Head Chef Agostine Royal such as, ‘beef carpaccio with rocket and parmesan shavings’, ‘fresh prawns in hot garlic butter’ and ‘suckling roasted pig’. At the end of each meal, every table is presented with a bottle of Sa Capella’s homemade hierbas (a liqueur synonymous with the island and with the Ibizan people).
The décorreflects its historical roots, boasting stone walls, high ceilings and gothic style lighting complete with more modern, sophisticated furniture (think white surfaces, art deco style vases and a large chandelier in the centre of the dining space).
A change of scenery...
Ox cooked on a bed of salt for you to watch as you dine.
