Bringing a touch of Las Vegas (and a Vegas-sized restaurant at 350 seats) to Beverly Hills, Ocean Prime is divided into two parts. On the left, is a lowly lit, chicly styled bar and dining room (seafood is the specialty) where high ceilings and designer light fixtures provide an amber glow.
There’s an open kitchen, raw bar display on ice, sushi bar and ample seating in the lounge; louvered glass walls separate the three private dining rooms from the main room. To the right, and inhabiting its own highly visible corner at Camden and Wilshire, is an open-air bar and patio, where a full menu is served al fresco. The first California outlet of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group, there are seasoned pros behind this appetizing venture.
