The West Hollywood pizza restaurant has launched a reverse happy hour offering a Roman-inspired late night special featuring $6 pours and bites from 9pm until close.

This special offer presents an opportunity for guests to explore owner Alex Palermo's curated collection of regional Italian wines in the unlikely landscape of a casual local pizzeria.

The passion project of Palermo of the celebrated Divine Pasta Company, Pizza Romana is named after its signature Roman-style pizzas. Prepared in an imported Italian wood-fired oven they are made from a dough that has spent 24-hours fermenting according to the secret formula that Palermo spent years perfecting. But pizza is not all that is on the menu and Pizza Romana also offers baked pasta, pizza panino sandwiches, salads and gelato.
