STK Ibiza is split over two floors, catering for two hundred and fifty guests and situated in the Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa at Marina Botafoch in Ibiza Town. The restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a main lounge and boasts an spectactular ocean view terrace with panoramic views.
Expect the dining room at STK Ibiza sharing the same DNA with their other international outposts and also many of Ibiza's top nightclubs - with DJs spining tracks live - with the volume gently increasing as the night progresses. The design scheme features an abundance of curvilinear black platform seats and booths with a separate lounge area to kick back in, and the room is replete with mirrored surfaces - to aid and abet people watching.
Expect the finest 28-day custom aged USDA beef with prime selections of nine cuts available, along with a number of toppings (inc. foie gras, grilled king prawns etc.) can also be ordered allowing U to customise your steak and a variety of sides dishes and sauces. In addition - there is also a Raw Bar - stocked with a variety of seafood including Norwegian King Crab, Japanese Oyster Shooters and Cobia Ceviche as well as fresh market salads.
