Now in its second summer, La Belle Ibiza captures the spirit of the Spanish seaside city. Culinary couple Arnaud and Sabine Lauris recently moved from Paris to Ibiza to bring U their French menu with a splash of Spanish and Asian influence, including star dishes like Coconut Milk Bouillabaisse, Grouper Cevice with corriander, and Pineapple tartare with coco sorbet and piña colada espuma for dessert They've kept the atmosphere fun, earthy and relaxed, with mis-matched beach prints and cascades of bougainvillea - but all, from the lounge and terrace bars to the dining space and boutique, is overlain with distinctive polish. This summer's programme of events include Cabaret Pigalle performances on Tuesdays and Life is a Circus, a Thursday night dining experience.
Don't worry about getting hooked - La Belle Ibiza is open year-round, with events and parties well into winter, when Belle Ibiza stays open from Thursday to Sunday.
