71Above

Soaring 950 feet above Downtown, atop the U.S. Bank Tower, this new restaurant offers one of the most spectacular views in Los Angeles.

71Above celebrates the diversity of culture and landscape of LA offering contemporary modern American cuisine that references the ethnic makeup and cultural traditions of the city. Diners revel in extraordinary unobstructed views, expanding for miles in all directions. Cutting edge technological engineering allows for the restaurant's glass panes to automatically darken and lighten throughout the day.

Offering a mix of seating options, there is the lively main dining room and the robust atmosphere of the adjoining bar and lounge; as well as the “quieter dining” area for private events and the chef’s tables with up-close views into the open kitchen.

Executive chef Vartan Abgaryan has created a dining journey that includes a two-course lunch ($35), three course dinner ($70), guided chef’s tasting menus, along with curated wine and cocktail parings ($45). Each menu concludes with an array of desserts by executive pastry chef Gregory Baumgartner.
