Leuca and Westlight

As Williamsburg's latest hotel gets closer to opening, word gets out about its new dining outlets. Southern Italian and roof top cocktails sound like just the thing.

The Starship Williamsburg, AKA the William Vale Hotel, is nearing completion and with it comes more information about the new restaurants that will be opening up inside. Looked after by hospitality veterans, Andrew Carmellini, Josh Pickard, and Luke Ostrom of the Noho Hospitality Group who also brought you Little Park and Locanda Verde, expect style, finesse and some seriously delicious things to enjoy.

Leuca, the main restaurant, will focus on southern Italian fare from Andrew Carmellini utilizing wood-fired cooking and flavors from the coast. Seafood is an obvious choice here, but their fresh pasta is bound to be excellent as well.

Up top at the 23rd floor, their new rooftop bar Westlight will offer 360-degree views of the city and more with craft cocktails and light bites.
