Da Kikokiko

“Top Chef” alum Brooke Williamson and her husband, Nick Roberts, have opened a Hawaiian restaurant in Playa Vista.

Da Kikokiko is the couple’s latest project in their Company for Dinner venture, which also includes Hudson House, the Tripel, Playa Provisions and Tripli-Kit. It is a casual Hawaiian restaurant that serves customizable poké bowls, musubi, shaved ice and other tropical treats.

Designed by local designer Jill Stevens with Dust & Co., Da Kikokiko embodies vintage island vibes with contemporary touches and an overall color palette reminiscent of Pacific Ocean hues like ivory, clover, turquoise, and Prussian blue.

Located at the new Runway Playa Vista development in Los Angeles’ South Bay community, Da Kikokiko—Hawaiian for “the spot”—embodies Playa Vista’s neighborhood-friendly atmosphere while highlighting the owners’ penchant for the laid-back beach lifestyle and the vibrant flavors of the sea.
