Eggslut

LA’s favorite breakfast sandwich has opened on the Westside.

This ‘chef driven, gourmet food concept’ celebrates the humble egg. The ovo-centric menu takes classic comfort food and gives it a modern twist, including sandwiches on house-made brioche buns, burgers and salads.

The Venice outpost is right by the Venice Beach Boardwalk, with frontage looking out onto Pacific Avenue. The space itself is small and raw, with grey steel and cement showcasing an overall industrial feel.

Since launching at Grand Central Market, Alvin Cailan’s wildly popular concept has slowly been expanding and now boasts locations in Glendale and Las Vegas.

Eggs aren’t just for breakfast at Eggslut but for lunch, dinner and any other time of day, everyday.
