Following years of research into the world of emotion, the renowned Michelin-starred Spanish chef Paco Roncero is looking to create a unique space where culinary art and technological innovation come together to create a complete and unprecedented experience.
The dining experience includes a multisensory installation immersing guests at the communal table with a virtual light show and projected images to sensationalize the dishes. Atmospheric changes, from adjusting the humidity and temperature of the room and accompanying musical arrangements produced by the team at Cafe del Mar will add to complete the experience. Dishes include a cold snack – which guests carve from their own iceberg. Paco Roncero is best known for cooking avant-garde Spanish cuisine and has five other restaurants around the world (including the two Michelin-starred La Terraza del Casino in Madrid).
