Farida

This new, Middle Eastern restaurant in Hollywood, is the latest venture from veteran restaurateur, George Abou-Daoud.

The man behind popular dining destinations including Bowery, Delancey and Bowery Bungalow, Farida is named after the Arabic word loosely translated to “incomparable” and after  Abou-Daoud’s grandmother. The menu draws inspiration from his mother and grandmother’s food, which he grew up eating on the east coast, utilizing centuries' old preparation techniques, but veering far from the conventional, transcending some of the everyday dishes synonymous with the regional cuisines of Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco and Syria.

And with kitchen hours extending until 2 a.m., Farida is poised to be one of Hollywood’s best late-night dining options. Don’t miss this fabulous new spot!
