Mallmann is South America’s most renowned chef. The acknowledged master of Argentine cuisine, Francis Mallmann, presents carnivorous fare cooked over wood fires and in clay ovens, inspired by exploring early Incan and European influences and using various Patagonian methods of barbecuing and is rumoured to be opening a restaurant in London.
Joining Executive Chef David McIntyre for a three-day pop-up, Mallmann is serving up his favourite signature dishes, including smashed crusty Andean potato with smoked butter and caviar, and slowly roasted Rubia Gallega ribeye. The six course dinner with paired wines specially imported from Argentina’s Bodega Cantena Zapata, is priced at £280 per person. Tickets.
