Botanica is a concept comprising three units in one: digital magazine, market, and restaurant. All the recipes for all the food served in the restaurant appear online in the magazine, while all the ingredients are sold in the market. The menu is focused on sharable, health-conscious dishes, and includes a bar program and cafe.
Interiors are minimalist. There are white walls and nature-based elements, which set the mood for the menus of lightly prepared vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and traditional flavors.
Attached to the dining room is Botanica's market, where prepared foods, organic wines and specialty pantry items are on offer.
Turkish Eggs: poached eggs, aleppo-urfa butter, garlicky sheep's milk yogurt, charred scallions, lemony salad & cornmeal focaccia; Fattoush-Y Salad: grilled & raw spring veg, fava tendrils, sumac-crisped focaccia, smoked labne & za'atar vinaigrette; Grilled Lamb Kabobs: spices galore, a giant herb salad & sumac yogurt.
Botanica Spritz: Aperol, Lillet Blanc, citrus, seltzer
