Located in the glamorous surroundings of the Hard Rock Hotel in Playad’en Bossa, TATEL Ibiza is the talk of the town with its motto ‘Not just fine dining, fun dining’. Inspired by the roaring 20s, the décor of the restaurant is sumptuous with plenty of attention to detail served up with breath-taking sea views. The space has a combined capacity of more than 300 guests and features a stunning terrace by the beach, live music with the Ushuaïa label, traditional Spanish cuisine and an avant-garde cocktails. The menu moves to Ibiza with a fresher touch from the hand of Nacho Chicharro, Head Chef of TATEL Madrid, maintaining the premises of the brand: maximum respect for the product, updated traditional recipes, Spanish cuisine adapted to the market season and fresh seafood products as protagonists.
TATEL Ibiza arrives to the island with the ambition to put in value the culture and the traditional Spanish gastronomy, for the local guest as well as the international public that arrives to the island in summer, according to confirm their creators – the entrepreneurs Abel Matutes Prats and Manuel Campos Guallar-. In addition to the aforementioned partners, the project has three other founding partners representing the Spain brand around the world: the international icon of music, Enrique Iglesias, and the two best athletes in the history of Spain, Rafa Nadal and Pau Gasol.
