Gratitude

Café Gratitude’s upscale sister restaurant is now open in Beverly Hills, serving an elevated plan-based dining experience of locally sourced ingredients.

Gratitude is the upscale iteration of its iconic sister restaurant, Café Gratitude, offering gourmet plant based cuisine and an inventive bar program.  The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Dreux Ellis, is designed to support health and sustainability for the community and the planet with a dedication to using 100% organic and sustainably sourced ingredients. To complement the seasonally rotating menu, Beverage Director Jason Eisner has curated a cocktail menu that falls in line with the menu in only sourcing 100% organic liquor and ingredients.  Gratitude Beverly Hills will be the second location following the 2016 opening of their first location in Newport Beach in Orange County.

The new restaurant’s light and bright space is dotted with light oak tables and banquettes covered in Walter G fabric. A chevron floor runs into handmade Zellige terracotta tiles, while the patio also features Zellige terracotta tile and is filled with marble tables, olive trees and cup of gold vines which provide the perfect reprieve from bustling Canon Drive.
