Brooklyn Kura

New York’s first sake brewery and taproom lands in the heart of Industry City, Brooklyn.

Founders Brian Polen and Brandon Doughan are committed to a new tradition of American Craft Sake. Building on more than 1,000 years of sake brewing history, they're demystifying sake and making it more accessible, combining Japanese brewing traditions with American ingredients.

The Tap Room offers a rotating menu of sakes on draft (sold by the glass and carafe) along with tap room exclusives like shiboritate, moromi and orizake. There's also a menu of light snacks including cheese, charcuterie, fried fava, and toasted nori. 

Whether U’ve been on a sake pilgrimage to Japan or U’re a complete sake rookie, Brooklyn Kura is here to please Ur tastes.
