The food (and staff) are Italian, with a menu that runs from delightful wood-fired pizzas to homemade mortadella, hand-stuffed pasta and a super-popular tagliata with rocket. There are plenty of indoor tables for cooler nights, but the lantern-lit terrace in the centre of Santa Gertrudis is the see-and-be-seen spot of high summer. Closes late.
