Burbank’s classic dining destination has reopened following a $10m refurbishment.

Owner Specialty Restaurant Corporation has given the 12,500-square-foot restaurant a complete overhaul. There's a more modern look to the iconic steakhouse, which seats 175 guests, with an additional 225 on the patio overlooking the valley.

The menu is seasonally-inspired, with a focus on different cuts of meat, a raw bar, vegetable-centric sides and build-it-yourself charcuterie boards. The kitchen is headed by chef Perry Pollaci, who previously worked at Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall as well as The Royce at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena. Chef Pollaci will be manning the restaurant’s Chef’s Table, a 10-top set up giving diners a chance to interact with the chef.

On weekends there is a brunch menu – think Butcher’s Block Steak and Eggs and a selection of Tartines on grilled rustic country bread.

Master Sommelier Candidate Paul Coker has curated the beverage program featuring local craft beers, an extensive wine list with more than 150 bottles, creative cocktails and punch bowls.
