The as-yet-unnamed restaurant, bar and terrace is set to open on the fifth floor of the Hudson Yards development on Manhattan’s West Side in March 2019 with Doherty as chef partner for his first international venture.

Doherty’s ‘East meets West’ all-day menus will be inspired by his love of travel - with an Asian twist - and feature dishes such as Singapore chilli crab croquettes and beef fillet with chilli, daikon and soy-cured egg

Designed by Robert Angell Design International, the 171 cover space takes inspiration from its Hudson Yards location and the original majestic New York Penn Station building, but with Eastern influences. Expect the restaurant and bar to be light, bright and grand in form; with natural textured materials, opulent tones, teak timber screens and oriental features. Think industrial West with authentic East.
