Doherty’s ‘East meets West’ all-day menus will be inspired by his love of travel - with an Asian twist - and feature dishes such as Singapore chilli crab croquettes and beef fillet with chilli, daikon and soy-cured egg
Designed by Robert Angell Design International, the 171 cover space takes inspiration from its Hudson Yards location and the original majestic New York Penn Station building, but with Eastern influences. Expect the restaurant and bar to be light, bright and grand in form; with natural textured materials, opulent tones, teak timber screens and oriental features. Think industrial West with authentic East.

Singapore chilli crab croquettes; scallop with apple, kohlrabi and Chinese chilli oil; beef fillet with chilli, daikon and soy-cured egg; asparagus with sticky shiitake, brown butter hollandaise; and roasted and glazed herb-fed chicken with chicken fat rice.
