A joint-venture with Leif Huckman (from Donna Cocktail Club in Williamsburg) The Hidden Pearl is a speakeasy cocktail bar and an addition to their ramen spot.
Through a doorway at the back, U will find an intimate little spot featuring a clean and modern setting, with seats at a booth and a bar.
Despite being located at a ramen shop, the menu offers something a little different. Think Japanese small plates such as fried baby octopus (Chukka Idako); bonito stomach lined over cucumber (Katsuo Shuto); or marinated squid with oba leaf and watami seaweed (Hotaru Ika Okizuke).
Cocktails come curtsey of mixologists Jeremy Oertel and Natasha David (Nitecap) and focus on sake and Japanese whisky.
