They’ve teamed up with executive chef Robert Flaherty, who previously worked with Michelin-starred chef April Bloomfield in New York. He has created a menu that is both comforting in taste and sustainable in ethos. Highlights include French classics such as moules mariniere with white wine, chicken diable, red rock cod, and steak frites.
Cocktails range from a classic kir royal to an aptly titled Dream Well nightcap, with scotch, chai, pear brandy, honey, lemon, egg white and angostura.
Housed in the former Tinto wine bar space, the restaurant features a rustic fireplace on the back patio, as well as red velvet bar stools, hanging greenery, and low lights.
Barbette brings a little bit of Paris to the heart of West Hollywood.
