The Japanese-import is opening a new location featuring all of the brand’s greatest hits.
Tsujita’s growing empire of tsukemen, traditional ramen and even sushi restaurants, is taking over LA.
Located on Fairfax Ave, its latest outpost near The Grove, is an ode to the Tokyo original, devoted to rich and savory tonkotsu (pork broth) and tsukemen (dipping noodles). Add ons include char siu pork slices (so tender!), extra seaweed, noodles, hard boiled eggs and scallions.
