The Water Tower is a sleek and modern space residing inside a glistering glass tower, perched on top of the hotel’s rooftop, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, with views of Manhattan’s skyline.

The décor matches the views, with luxurious velvet sofas, contemporary light bulbs dangling from the ceiling as well as chic chandeliers. Located not far from the edge of the East River, this cocktail bar is set in a rooftop water tower that’s been styled to resemble a Manhattan loft. Lounge on velvet sofas and enjoy the night-time views over the water from its full-length windows while enjoying The Water Tower’s $525 caviar tasting menu.

Cocktails are equally extravagant, including a $150 mix of tequila and white truffle-infused Aperol. And the upscale setting obviously needs fancy food. Put together by executive chef Nic Caicedo, expect items like a grilled cheese sandwich made with white alba truffles, grand seafood platters and a $525 caviar tasting. Open Wednesday to Saturday, from 6pm.
