For the more faint hearted there are also a variety of more accessible dishes such as fillet of duckling with roasted pear and eggplant puree and the scrumptous beef tartare, (selected by Didier Massot, nominated best butcher in France) mixed with young onions, hazelnuts and apple and accompanied with house fries.
