An intimate 20-cover gastronomic experience serving an ambitious tasting menu.

After globetrotting as the private chef to top fashion houses, with stints at Frenchie in London, the George V with Le Squer and Saturne with Sven Chartier, Matan Zaken has set up shop in this vaulted cellar a stone's throw from the Palais Royal.

Twenty diners are invited to take a seat at the single, custom-designed long table which creates a unqiue setting for Scandinavian inspired dishes - served as a blind tasting (and daily changing) menu of eight-courses - priced at €105 per person.
