Shiro, located in the Saint Germain des Prés neighborhood, fusions gastronomic recipes with Japanese influences. A few cobbles away from the Canal Saint Martin it is the lastest opening from the group behind the restaurants Passion and To et Ao Izakaya. Former Esquisse and Les Canailles Chef Tetsuya Yoshida weaves French and Japanese cuisines together - creating a contemporary cuisine served in a refined and elegant setting with a modern aesthetic.
Every evening at dinner and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant offers a Carte Blanche tasting menu - either available in 4, 6 or 7 courses alongside an a la carte offering. Expect dishes such as marinated trout with blood orange and multicolored radishes & smoked ribot milk and pan-fried langoustines with carrots and passion fruit & lovage oil.
