A stone's throw from the Centre Pompidou in Le Marais is this audiophile dining room and wine bar. At the helm of the kitchens is Japanese chef Masahide Ikuta serving up small plates such as tomatoes with yellow peach, almonds and stracciatella and risotto with clams and chorizo. There's a minimalist, refined decor - with the bar in the center of the room and upstairs there's a more intimate space with subdued lighting, sofas, and low tables. Expect a vibey soundtrack mixing disco, house and techno with nightly DJs.
Hipster hangout.
