Situated on the Gustavia waterfront and run by a husband and wife team since 1984, Maya's homey beachside restaurant cooks up a daily changing short menu of eclectic Creole cuisine. Maya makes the most of the freshest produce available to serve up highly rated dishes such as shrimp salad with green papaya, a coconut chicken and green curry mahi-mahi. There's also a to-go version of Maya's (located near the airport) - a traiteur-style takeaway selling upscale picnic fare to takeaway.
