This is a cocktail, dinner, and live music joint from men behind Employees Only, Soho House, Exchange Alley and Macao Trading Company.

This new Tribeca cocktail joint has great promise. This is the project of Billy Gilroy, who founded West Village cocktail institution Employees Only, and Paul Gerard of Soho House, bringing considerable expertise in the area of drinking, dining, and partying well. Vincent Vitek, head bartender of Employees Only, is onboard as well, so expect big things of the cocktail menu.

Opened in the corner spot previously occupied by Latin-inspired diner Los Americanos, they’ve kept the retro diner feel. The dinner menu is American comfort food with little care for calorie-counting such as Marrow Splashed French Fries or Devil May Care Lasagna. There will be live music, too, with the array of musical instruments stored above the bar being put to good use in spontaneous eruptions of jazz and good times.
