Gucci Osteria di Massimo Bottura LA

Bottura is opening a Los Angeles-based restaurant in collaboration with Gucci CEO Marco Bizarri.

The restaurant is the chef's second collaboration with the Italian fashion house and modeled after the Gucci Osteria di Massimo Bottura (pictured), which opened in Florence, housed in The Gucci Garden Galleria. 

As a more casual proposition than his three-Michelin-star Osteria Francescana in Modena, currently number one on the World's Best Restaurant, the Gucci Osteria, which is open throughout the day, dishes up Italian classics and dishes inspired by Bottura’s frequent travels: think pastas and risottos, alongside tostadas and pork buns. Dishes include; tortellini in Parmesan sauce with innovative twists on international favourites such as hotdog made with Tuscan Chianina beef.
