A new cocktail bar has opened at the Arlo Soho Hotel, serving a menu that takes U on a journey through New York City, with 24 custom cocktails.

Housed inside the Arlo Soho hotel – located near the Hudson Square neighborhood, steps from West Village and the Financial District – A.L.B. aims to take U on a ride through the Big Apple. 

It starts with a trip Downtown with the 1980s Rock Tee cocktail (Bourbon, Aged Apple Brandy, Spiced Pear, Raisin, Honey and Angostura Bitters), and Times Square Swizzle (Rye Whiskey, Hennessy V.S Cognac, Parce 3-Year Rum, Ancho Chile, Pineapple, Mint Lime). There's the Union Square Close-up (Harlo Rum Blend, Torres 15-Year-Old Spanish Brandy, Sweet Vermouth, Cinnamon, Hazelnut, Sarsaparilla) and Grand Central (Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, Chai, Cacao, Strawberry, Port, Lemon, Egg White). 

The menu of bar bites equally celebrates NYC, with chef Carsten Johansen paying homage to Kosher delis of the Lower East Side with potato latkes & Crème Fraîche, Little Italy with agnolotti bolognese and Midtown street vendors with lamb kebabs.
