Maska

Newly opened Maska - in Midtown - is hosting an Easter brunch on Sunday. Maska’s brunch features live stations from different regions of India. Featured items include a carving station and dishes from the Tandoor oven such as Chef Hemant’s lamb chops, whole fish of the day and rosemary paneer, among others. The brunch selection also includes Maska’s dum biryani pot with savory basmati rice and raita along with a variety of chaats. Maska’s Easter brunch also features a live DJ and a Henna tattoo artist from 12pm to 3.30pm. James Beard award-winning Chef Norman Van Aken has teamed up with Executive Pastry Chef Hedy Goldsmith at the new Coral Gables-based restaurant AD LIB. If you’ve not yet been to the modern-American eatery, make a reservation for brunch this Sunday. Must-try dishes - exclusively for Easter - include Belgian waffles with warm bananas foster, lemon cross buns served with whipped honey butter, and a festive Easter Bunny Cake — the team’s take on the classic hummingbird cake. Music ensemble Sofilla will provide the sound track. 

Chug's

Just in time for Easter, Chug’s – the just opened Cuban-style modern diner (in Coconut Grove) by Chef Michael Beltran is offering an assortment of take-home goodies. Enjoy delicious pastelitos by none other than Pastelito Papi, and Chug’s savory ham and short rib croquetas. Each individual to-go box is priced at $25 and include six croquetas and six signature pastelitos. Also available to take home is Chug’s signature blueberry and lemon curd pies. Orders must be placed no later than Thursday, April 18th for weekend pick-up.   

Jaya at The Setai
 
The restaurant is offering diners an extravagant Easter brunch curated by Executive Chef Vijay Veena. The lavish spread includes an impressive, epicurean array featuring traditional and non-traditional selections from the Far East as well as several dessert and raw bar selections. Expect an enhanced carving station featuring a decadent truffle roasted chicken, roasted strip loin, and caramelized leg of lamb with honey and ginger. Also available will be a deep-sea delicacy station featuring king crab, salt crusted fish and more. Indulge in free-flowing Louis Roederer Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys while listening to the soulful sounds of live jazz music performed by Vinyl Blvd in the courtyard. A special Easter Egg hunt with the Easter Bunny will also be available. Priced at $145+ per person and $65+ per child. 

Stubborn Seed

The South of Fifth hotspot by Chef Jeremy Ford is opening its doors at 10am on Easter Sunday for a very special Brunch service. The three-course prix fixe menu is $55 for adults and $25 for children. Beginning with the first course, the menu includes: bread basket of biscuits, toasted sourdough, ricotta, fish dip, and marmalade. Choices for the second course include buttermilk pancakes; chai waffles; caramelized cauliflower and eggs; roasted mushrooms & eggs; smoked pork belly and crispy egg; or Philly cheese wagyu steak eggs benedict. Sweet endings include a platter of cookies, doughnuts and sticky buns.

Join for a special family-friendly brunch menu, which features a carving station that includes prime rib caramelized shallot au jus and adobo turkey, and a seafood station including snow crab claws and mussels a la chalaca. For the more traditional brunch route, the menu offers an omelette station with a variety of assortments. Try one of the three salads, stop by the rustic bread station or order from the entree and side menu. Make sure to indulge in an Easter sweet treat with options such as carrot cake profiterole, guava cream cheese cupcakes, dulcey banana hazelnut verrine and more. Easter brunch is $75 per person and there is a kids menu upon request.
