Joseph Geiskopf and David Wynn, co-owners of the hit Echo Park all-day spot Triniti, are behind this tiny, 25-seat pared-down - minimalist designed space - on the grounds of the Hollywood restaurant Yamashiro. Expect a short menu of composed (and highly Instagrammable) dishes by day and eclectic, Japanese-influenced a la carte “tasting menu”- style dishes with sake and natural wine at night.
