Incorporating the 1 Hotel’s ethos of sustainability and eco-friendly living, the space (by The h.wood Group) incorporates lush greenery and plenty of natural lighting - designed by John Sofio of Built, Inc. who's also behind the group's newly-renovated Bootsy Bellows.
The mixed-use space incorporates a hip restaurant serving elevated breakfast and lunch specialties, and additionally, a market that offers fresh and seasonal products and produce. The kitchen is helmed by Chef de Cuisine Chef Geter Atienza (formerly of Broken Spanish) dishing up a menu of healthy French-American dishes. Open daily, from 10am to 3pm.
