Le Jules Verne by Frédéric Anton

Three Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Anton is overseeing the new-look restaurant and menu, following on from the Ducasse era, at this iconic dining room.

Gastronomic restaurant Le Jules Verne, located on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, is now completely renovated, and re-opened its doors with acclaimed Chef Frédéric Anton at the helm - winner of the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” award. Providing an exceptional view of Paris, Le Jules Verne is one of the must-visit gastronomic destination of the capital.

Anton intends to stand out from his predecessor with a menu and a kitchen that he refers to as "simple" - using ingredients from various regions in France - blending flavors, colors and materials to create astounding new takes on classic French dishes - such as Lobster Thermidor, filet of sole with noodles à la Fernand Point and Poire belle Hélène.

Architect Aline Asmar d'Amman, founder of the Culture in Architecture studio, has infused the pared back space with a timeless elegance of French decorative art. For lunch, savor a 3-course menu (€105 euros per person. For dinner, choose between a 5-course and a 7-course tasting menu (€190 and €230 euros respectively per person excluding beverages).
