Originally the site of her Michelin starred ‘Restaurant Hélène Darroze' in the 6th arrondissement, and now named after her home region in Les Landes in SW France, Marsan opened its doors after a refurbishment with an exciting new menu and stunningly redesigned interior. Renamed 'Marsan', in reference to the country of Villeneuve-de-Marsan and Mont-Marsan in the Landes, the cuisine pays hommage to the chef's roots and all that is charming about the region of Landes. Foie gras, truffles, Armagnac...
The interior has been revamped by interior designer Patricia Gardera and features an open kitchen kitchen open and a intimate thirty covers dining room, as well as private dining rooms and 6 seat Chef’s Table. Famed for championing her producers, Hélène has created dishes that lead her guests through a lifetime of experience, travel and bespoke recipes. As you can expect all products are fresh and organic, as per Landes cuisine style, so you can be assured that each fare is delightful.
