Chaignot has worked with Alain Ducasse in Paris and appeared as a judge on MasterChef France, as well as cooking with legendary names such as Jean-François Pièg, Eric Frechon, Yannick Alleno and Philippe Mille.
Returning from London after three years at the Rosewood Hôtel, sees Chaignot open her first "bistronomic" restaurant. Expect a menu inspired by French seasonal produce accompanied by a predominantly natural and biodynamic wine list. The stylish restaurant features a 'hidden' dining room - decked out in country house chic - a bijou bar and charming courtyard. Open daily.
