Restaurant Pouliche by Amandine Chaignot

A restaurant pairing her expert French training with a love for nature, seasonality, creativity and exceptional ingredients from producers across France.

Chaignot has worked with Alain Ducasse in Paris and appeared as a judge on MasterChef France, as well as cooking with legendary names such as Jean-François Pièg, Eric Frechon, Yannick Alleno and Philippe Mille. Returning from London after three years at the Rosewood Hôtel, sees Chaignot open her first "bistronomic" restaurant. Expect a menu inspired by French seasonal produce accompanied by a predominantly natural and biodynamic wine list.
