A reinvented contemporary buffet serving delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes from all over the world.

Created by the French Master Pâtissier Christophe Michalak and the founder of Big Fernand Steve Burggraf, the buffet-style restaurant (housed in Hotel Yooma) serves up seasonal, vegetable and gourmet dishes with a range of nutritious and delicious salads and a short menu of veg-centric dishes such as l'oeuf parfait, vegetable tempura to the quintessentially French tomate farcie stuffed and freshly made ratatouille. Much of the produce is actually grown on the rooftop garden - one of the largest urban vegetable and fruit gardens in France. And behind the huge bay windows, in the casual and contemporary dining room, there's an extensive terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
