Mordu by Baptiste Trudel

Nestled in Saint-Germain, dine on sharing plates of neo-bistronomy cuisine whilst watching the world go by...

A all-day eatery (replacing Hugo Desnoyer’s L'Étable) under the auspices of chef Baptiste Trudel (formerly of Yard Bistro) and from the owners behind Ô Château and Caves du Louvre. The menu features elegant small seasonal plates. Dishes include fried eggplant with ponzu sauce; apricot pork terrine, spinach and wild curry; grilled octopus with kimchi and yogurt. Call ahead to reserve a table outdoors on the charming and sought-after terrace or head indoors to the pretty neo-Art Nouveau style dining room.
