Oursin at Galeries Lafayette Champs Élysées

A light-filled, sun-drenched Mediterranean restaurant dreamed up by fashion designer Simon Jacquemus and Caviar Kaspia's Ramon Mac-Crohon.

Located on the second floor of the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, Oursin, the French term for “sea urchin,” is in collaboration with Caviar Kaspia and the fashion brand’s second partnership with the group after Citron, the foodie hotspot on the first floor of the department store.

Like its café counterpart, Oursin is inspired by the sun-drenched coastal towns of the Mediterranean. The stunning decor - bathed in natural light - features white-washed walls, beautifully-crafted pottery, handwoven rattan chairs and artistic tableware.

The menu, crafted by Septime and Clamato alum Erica Archambault, features Mediterranean delicacies with a focus on fish and seafood - inspired by Jacquemus’ native Provence. Think linguine with clams, sea urchin taramasalata, whole-roasted turbot and homemade squid-ink bread.
