Supu Ramen by Guy Savoy

A firmly Japanese yet resolutely French affair by internationally renowned French chef Guy Savoy.

Savoy also oversees his eponymous Parisian restaurant, which has three stars by the Michelin Guide alongside other acclaimed establishments: Le Chiberta, Les Bouquinistes and l’Atelier Maître Albert. Supu Ramen (replacing his Bouquinistes bistro), on the banks of the Seine, pays hommage to Asian tradition through homegrown French produce - think: authentic artisanal wheat noodles married with complex and aromatic broths. All in a room decorated with works of art by Fabrice Hyber.
